Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 3‑7 business days for in‑stock items.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. All items ship via freight carriers (LTL). The weight of these furniture items means they must be shipped via freight to ensure safe and secure handling.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Storage double beds: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; anti‑tip hardware included; CARB/CPSIA labels visible.

  • Leather bedside tables: Boxed with protective padding; hardware and instructions included.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
