Terms & Conditions

1. Products & Orders

  • We sell bedroom furniture: storage double beds (CSUs) and leather bedside tables.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Storage Double Beds (Furniture Safety – 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057‑23 if CSU):

  • If the bed meets CSU criteria (height ≥27 inches, mass ≥30 pounds, enclosed storage volume ≥3.2 cu ft), it MUST be anchored to the wall using the provided anti‑tip device (meets ASTM F3096, tested to 60 lb static load). Anchor immediately after assembly. Failure to anchor can result in tip‑over, causing serious injury or death.

  • Never open more than one drawer at a time. Place heavier items on lower shelves. Follow the manufacturer’s markings to attach the device where indicated.

  • Do not allow children to climb on the bed frame or drawers.

  • The warning label (required pictogram of a child climbing) is located on the back or side panel – read before use.

For Leather Bedside Tables (General Safety – 16 CFR 1303 / CARB Phase 2):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Keep away from children – small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.
